ELI In-Touch is a new platform that we are VERY excited to share with former students and program participants from around the world. 

ELI In-Touch is a space where you can stay in touch with us AND  continue learning with us in an affordable way that fits into your life.  We have a free area to share basic information, but you will get much more from a membership.

Benefit Descriptions:

Newsletters:  Whether you are an English learner or an English teacher, our newsletters offer you the chance to learn a bit more about English, English-speaking culture, new opportunities at the ELI, and what's happening at MSU and in Springfield.  Our English Teachers' Newsletter also includes helpful teaching tips, updated weekly. 

Discussion Forums: Here, you can post questions or share your ideas with other members and with our professional instructional team.  Get feedback and interact with people (great for introverts!)

Conversation Circles: Want to keep up your English speaking skills and meet new friends from Springfield and around the world? This is your chance. Conversation Circles is an invitation-only virtual meeting guided by our instructional team. We meet twice per week during the regular MSU semesters. 

Academic Lectures: If you attended the English for Academic Programs program, you know that we invite MSU professors to speak with our students at least twice per session. Memberships provide invitation access to attend these lectures, too! Get to know professors from MSU, practice your listening skills, and learn new vocabulary to help you in your career or academic life. 

EAP Course Observations: Whether you are an English learner or English teacher, we welcome you to check out our English for Academic Purposes program courses. Just let us know when you would like to use your observation credits, and we will send you access!

Ask Me Anything Fridays:  Ever wanted to just ask an English teacher a question?  Now is your chance! Twice per month, you will be invited to attend these sessions where you can ask anything you want about English, English-speaking Culture, ELI, MSU, English teaching, etc. We are here for you!

Free Webinar Attendance:  The ELI team hosts webinars periodically on a wide range of topics. These are typically paid events, but as a member, you will be the first to learn about them and can sign up before seats fill up. And, you can attend for FREE!
