Do you have the techniques and language awareness you need to improve students’ pronunciation in your English class? Pronunciation is more than just individual sounds. Students need to practice rhythm, stress, intonation and other aspects of pronunciation to be effective English speakers. Participants in the workshop will increase their understanding of English pronunciation features, have an opportunity to improve their own pronunciation and learn and share many techniques and games to bring into the classroom to make pronunciation fun!

A typical class will include learning about an aspect of pronunciation, a demonstration of techniques to teach it and opportunities for self-improvement and practice. Outside of class time, participants will watch trainer videos and do short weekly activities for further awareness and individualized feedback.
